Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Welcome to Money Darpan (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit takedown notices if they believe their copyrighted work has been infringed. As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted on our Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page in question).
4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, physical address, email address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a DMCA infringement notification.

Please note: We may share the identity and details of the infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that your identity and claim details may be disclosed.

If you believe that content was removed in error due to a copyright infringement claim, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or if outside the U.S., in any judicial district where the service provider is found) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice.

Counter notifications should be submitted via our Contact page. Email submission is highly recommended.

We take copyright infringement seriously. As per DMCA guidelines, we maintain records of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers. Users who violate our repeat infringer policy may have their accounts terminated.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
